Quality Control:
The Quality Department, carries its own quality control system based on international quality standards such as:
- For Materials, ASTM Standards.
- Manufacturing Processes, AISC, IMCA, SJI.
- Welding, AWS.
- Cleaning and Painting, Painting Standards Concil.
- Reassemble in AISC, IMCA.
- Fasteners Standards ASTM, SAE.
- Plates, SDI Standards, ASTM -792. As quality control plug support us with external laboratories for testing services radiographic, ultrasonic destructive testing of materials, etc.
Production:
Production capacity available to the company is 1200 tons per month, with the equipment, machinery, skilled manpower for proper implementation of the work.
Engineering:
Engineering capabilities that we have is 1200 tons per month, from design to shop drawings. We have the most modern design and drawing programs and the latest equipment to design and print large format.
Mounting:
Our ability to mount as the basis is 800 tons per month in addition may be increased by 1200 tons per month with integration of equipment and personnel.
Teamwork:
Our main objective is to improve execution time, quality and cost, using teamwork, and resource optimization processes that allow us to satisfy our clients, and staff development and continuous improvement of our company .
